The quarries of Carrara marble, set in the majestic setting of the Apuan Alps are one

immortal masterpieces such as David, the Pieta or Moses who still admire today.
Take a tour through open-cast mines or tunneling where you can observe up close
the hard work of the miners and the discovery of other things atelier sculpture still managed by skilled
artisans and sculptors for generations.
The area offers the opportunity to visit the picturesque villages of the miners as a column, the source
