GIAVE

Traditional Sardinia

Giave is a small village in Sardinia, in the province of Sassari. I was struck by its peace and its composure.
You can see an ancient church in fair beauty, and very small houses arranged in a traditional Sardinian style. On the streets you see people who live very characteristic for centuries as a place where time seems to stand still.
